  • Cheers for that! You know, it’s constantly amazing to see how much better people feel when they manage to reduce their anxiety levels. When they do that, it takes away the fuel that fans the flames of panic, OCD, social anxiety together with far more. What in your opinion do you believe helps people the most in tackling anxiety together with panic?

    • Ken Howard:

      For most forms of anxiety, including anxiety disorders, after being in practice for over 20 years, I strongly feel that a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and when needed, supplemented by medication after a careful assessment by a board-certified M.D. psychiatrist, is one of the most effective routes to good outcomes and resolution.
